Terms & Conditions
Worth a spin

Acceptance and changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and us when you create an account or use our website and gambling services. By registering, signing in, depositing money or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, together with any specific terms displayed for a game, promotion or payment service.
You are responsible for reading the current version of these terms before using your account. We may update them when our services, legal obligations, security controls or operating arrangements change. If a change is important, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Changes will apply from the date stated in the updated terms, or from the date they are published where no later date is given.
If you do not accept an updated term, you should stop using your account and contact us about closing it. Any bets, deposits, withdrawals or bonus arrangements already made will normally continue to be handled under the terms that applied when they were made, unless the law requires a different approach.
We hold a gaming licence and must verify accounts and operate appropriate controls. We may also publish game rules, payment information, safer gambling guidance and promotional terms. Those documents form part of the rules that apply when you use the relevant service.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to open or use an account. We may ask for evidence of your age at any time. If you are under 18, or if we cannot confirm that you meet the age requirement, your account may be suspended and any activity may be cancelled or handled as required by applicable rules.
Our services are intended for people resident in the United Kingdom. You must not use the account from a place where online gambling is not permitted or where our services are unavailable. It is your responsibility to make sure that your use of the account complies with the laws that apply to you.
You may have only one account with us. You must not open an additional account, use another person's account or allow another person to use yours. If we identify duplicate accounts, we may close one or more of them and take any action permitted by these terms and applicable requirements.
Information you provide
You must provide complete, accurate and current information when you register and whenever we ask you to update it. This includes your name, date of birth, residential address, contact details and payment information. You must tell us promptly if any of these details change.
Your account is personal to you. You must keep your username, password, security details and device access safe. Do not share your login details with anyone. Tell us immediately through support@casino-casoola.co.uk or the live chat if you think someone has accessed your account, if your credentials have been lost, or if activity does not look familiar.
You must not use the website or account for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, cheating, collusion, automated play, interference with our systems or any activity that could harm our services or another player. We may monitor account activity and take proportionate action where we identify a security, integrity or compliance concern.
Verification, deposits and withdrawals
We carry out identity, age and address checks to protect you, our services and the wider gambling environment. These checks may take place when you register, during account use or when you request a withdrawal. We will normally require the relevant checks to be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
We may ask for documents or information that confirm who you are, where you live, your age and how your gambling funds are obtained. Where required, we may carry out source-of-funds or source-of-wealth checks. You must provide clear, genuine and current information within the time we specify. We may restrict deposits, play or withdrawals while checks are outstanding.
A deposit must be made using a payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use. We do not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. We may return a payment or delay account activity if a payment cannot be verified, is reversed, appears unauthorised or creates a financial crime concern.
You can see the deposit, withdrawal and account limits that apply to you in the cashier. Limits may depend on your account status, payment method, safer gambling settings, verification position and other controls. You must not try to avoid a limit by opening another account, using another person's payment method or splitting activity between accounts.
Where possible, withdrawals will be sent back to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit. If that is not possible, we may ask you to select another method held in your name or request further information before sending the funds. We may also return funds to the original method to meet security and payment requirements.
Withdrawals can remain pending while we complete identity, payment, fraud, safer gambling or source-of-funds checks. Processing times can also depend on the payment provider. We will not knowingly delay a legitimate withdrawal without a reasonable operational or compliance reason. Any minimum or maximum amounts shown in the cashier apply at the time of the request.
Keep your payment details current
Only use payment methods in your own name and contact us promptly if a payment is not recognised, is reversed or was made without your permission.
Bonuses and promotional offers
Each bonus or promotion has its own terms. Those terms will explain who can take part, how the offer is activated, which games or transactions qualify, any wagering requirement, the maximum bet, the expiry date and how winnings or bonus funds are released. You must read the specific offer terms before accepting or using it.
A wagering requirement means that qualifying funds, bonus funds or winnings must be wagered a stated number of times before the relevant balance can be withdrawn. Different games may contribute differently, and some games or transactions may not contribute at all. The applicable contribution rules are set out with the offer.
If an offer has a maximum bet, you must not place bets above that amount while using the relevant bonus. A breach may result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed where the promotional terms allow this. If a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance and related restricted winnings may be cancelled.
You must not abuse a promotion. Examples include creating duplicate accounts, using another person's account or payment method, coordinating activity to obtain an unfair benefit, using software or strategies intended to avoid the purpose of an offer, or repeatedly claiming an offer in a way that is not permitted.
We may refuse, withdraw, amend or cancel an offer where we identify an error, technical problem, suspected abuse, duplicate participation or another legitimate reason. We will not remove funds without a reasonable basis under the applicable offer terms, our security controls or the law.
Safer gambling, account closure and suspension
We provide tools to help you keep gambling within limits that are right for you. These include deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. You can find the available controls in your account or ask our support team through live chat or at support@casino-casoola.co.uk. A limit or time-out may affect deposits, play or withdrawals according to the setting selected.
If gambling is causing concern, consider speaking with GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop or the National Gambling Helpline. These organisations provide information and support for people affected by gambling. You should never chase losses, gamble with money needed for essential costs or play when doing so is causing you harm.
You can ask us to close your account at any time by contacting support@casino-casoola.co.uk or using the live chat. We may ask you to confirm the request and may need to complete outstanding checks before handling any remaining balance. Account closure does not remove obligations that arose before closure.
We may suspend or close an account if you breach these terms, provide inaccurate information, fail to complete required checks, use an unauthorised payment method, engage in prohibited activity, become subject to a safer gambling restriction or create a security, legal or compliance concern. We may also close an account after a long period of inactivity.
When an account is suspended, you must not attempt to open or use another account. We will tell you what information we can provide about the action, subject to security, privacy and legal restrictions. Any balance will be handled after the relevant checks and in accordance with these terms and applicable requirements.
Complaints, liability and governing law
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact support@casino-casoola.co.uk or use the live chat. Include your account details, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates and any information that may help us understand what happened. Do not send payment passwords or other sensitive login information.
We will acknowledge and look into your complaint within a reasonable time. We may ask for further information before reaching an outcome. Our response will explain the position and any action we intend to take, where we are able to provide that information. We keep complaint information so that we can manage the issue and improve our processes.
If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, independent dispute resolution may be available in general terms. We will explain the relevant process and any eligibility requirements when they apply. You should normally give us the opportunity to address the matter first.
We take reasonable care to provide a secure and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the website, games or payment services will always be available, uninterrupted or free from every error. We are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, failures of a service provider, your device or connection, or your breach of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those limits, our responsibility is restricted to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly connected with the relevant failure.
These terms and any dispute connected with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure by us to enforce a provision immediately does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
