General rules for betting and game play
These rules apply to games and betting activity made through your Casoola Casino account. They should be read together with our account terms, any applicable bonus terms and the information displayed in the relevant game. If a game has its own rules, those rules form part of the terms for that game.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our gambling services. You may only open and use one account with us. We may suspend or close duplicate accounts, and we may cancel or adjust activity where more than one account has been used contrary to these rules or our account terms.
Your account is for your personal use. You must keep your login details secure and must not allow another person to place bets, play games or access your account. You are responsible for activity made through your account unless you have told us promptly that your account may have been accessed without permission.
We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts in line with our legal and regulatory obligations. We may ask for information or documents before allowing deposits, withdrawals or continued play. Until the necessary checks are complete, some account functions may be restricted.
Real-money and bonus-balance play
Games may be played using real-money funds, bonus funds or a combination of both, depending on the game and the terms attached to the bonus. The balance and transaction information shown in your account is the current record of the funds available for play, subject to any correction required by a clear technical or settlement error.
You should make sure that the stake, game, number of lines, coin value and any other selections are correct before confirming play. Once a bet or spin has been accepted by our systems, it is final and cannot normally be cancelled, changed or withdrawn. A request to stop play does not cancel a bet that has already been accepted.
A bet is treated as accepted when the game or betting interface confirms it and our systems record it. If a transaction is not accepted, it should not be treated as a valid bet. If the status of a bet is unclear, do not place the same bet again until you have checked your account or contacted support.
Check before confirming
Please check your stake and selections before you confirm each bet or spin. Accepted bets are final unless these rules provide for a correction, cancellation or voiding.
How bets and spins are settled
We settle games using the result recorded and displayed by the relevant game server. The server result is final, subject to the rules on malfunctions, clear errors and any rights available under applicable law. The visual display, sound or animation may help show what happened, but the recorded game result determines settlement.
Each game has its own rules, winning combinations, features, limits and paytable. You must read the in-game rules and paytable before playing. They explain how outcomes are calculated, how special features operate and whether a particular result produces a return.
The return-to-player figure for each game is shown in that game's information. This figure is a long-term statistical measure and does not predict the return from an individual session, bet or spin. It does not mean that a player will receive a set percentage during a particular period of play.
Where a bet produces a winning outcome, the amount returned is calculated under the applicable game rules and paytable. Any displayed win remains subject to the correct recording of the round and to applicable bonus conditions. Balances may take a short time to update after a result, particularly where a game feature or connection interruption is still being completed.
- The accepted stake recorded by the game server is used for settlement.
- The recorded result determines whether a bet wins, loses or produces another outcome.
- The applicable paytable determines the amount returned, where a return is due.
- Game-specific rules determine how free spins, bonus features, jackpots and other features operate.
- A displayed balance or result may be corrected where a clear technical or settlement error has occurred.
Malfunctions and interrupted games
A malfunction means a technical failure or error affecting a game, bet, result, balance or settlement. If a malfunction affects a game or play, the affected game and all pays and play connected with that malfunction are void. This applies whether the malfunction is visible immediately or identified later.
A malfunction may include an incorrect display, an unavailable game, a failed feature, a result that cannot be recorded correctly, or an interruption that prevents the game server from completing the round. We may investigate the relevant records and correct the account balance or settlement where necessary.
If you lose your connection while a game is in progress, the round may resume when you reconnect. It may also settle when the game server completes the round, even if you cannot see the final animation or result at the time. You should not assume that a disconnected round was cancelled.
When you reconnect, use the game's resume or account history functions where available. If the round is not shown clearly, wait for the account information to update and then contact support with the game name, approximate time and round details. Do not repeatedly submit the same action while a disconnected game is being settled.
Technical records
Our game-server and account records are used to establish whether a bet was accepted, what result was recorded and how the round should be settled.
Bonus play and promotional funds
Bonus funds may be subject to conditions before they can be used, converted or withdrawn. The bonus terms shown when the offer is made explain the eligibility requirements, qualifying deposits, expiry arrangements, wagering requirements and any other conditions that apply.
When playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet stated in the applicable bonus terms applies. A breach of a maximum bet condition may result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed or cancelled where the bonus terms allow this. You should check the terms before placing a bet with bonus funds.
Not every game contributes to bonus requirements in the same way. The contribution assigned to each game is shown in the applicable bonus information. Some games or features may make no contribution, while others may contribute only in part. Playing a game does not by itself mean that all stakes count towards a bonus requirement.
Bonus terms may also restrict the use of certain games, payment methods, stake levels or game features. If a bonus has expired, been cancelled or been removed under its terms, any unused bonus funds are no longer available. Where a bonus has separate rules from the general game rules, the specific bonus terms apply to that bonus.
- Open the bonus information in your account before starting bonus play.
- Check the maximum bet and the games that contribute to the requirement.
- Confirm whether the bonus has an expiry date or other time limit.
- Keep the bonus terms available until the associated play is complete.
- Contact support if the bonus balance or progress shown in your account does not appear correct.
Live casino, table games and disputes
Live casino and table rules
Live casino and table games are governed by the game-specific rules shown in the table's help section. Those rules explain the available bets, minimum and maximum stakes, dealing procedure, settlement method and any special conditions. You must read them before joining a table or confirming a bet.
The dealer's decisions and the result recorded for the table determine settlement, subject to the applicable game rules and any correction required for a technical malfunction. A hand, round or event may continue and settle if your connection is interrupted after your bet has been accepted.
Late bets are not accepted. If a bet reaches the table after betting has closed, the table system may reject it or return the stake. If the status is unclear, check your account and round information rather than placing the bet again.
How to raise a dispute
If you believe a bet, spin, round or balance has not been settled correctly, contact us at support@casino-casoola.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. Please write as soon as possible and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.
- The name of the game or live table.
- The approximate date and time of the play.
- The round, hand, bet or transaction reference, if shown.
- The stake and the result you expected.
- A clear description of what happened, including any connection or display problem.
We will look into the available game-server, account and transaction records and respond through the contact details associated with your account. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or security codes in a dispute message. If you need help with safer gambling, you can also seek support from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop or the National Gambling Helpline.
